Wow- pretty slow night, only 2 pages to read, and even those were mostly the questionaire.

Courtney- Happy belated anniversary! :cheer2:

courtney- Happy Annverisary.
And no not yet getting them for Mother's Day along with Maryland crabs that one of my SIL is bring down.

Courtney... I was planning to make your chicken next week, as I have to go to the grocery first. However, we are now on our last roll of toilet paper (oops!) so I will be going tonight! I'll probably cook it this weekend. Tomorrow is Wynn's night to take Tucker to soccer, and they get home about 7... so HE will be cooking dinner! Well, he'll grill the chicken that I thaw and marinate while I set the table, cook the rolls, boil the potatos, and heat the beans. But he will take credit for the dinner! ;)

DM... sorry to hear you lost a tree. Hope it wasn't a favorite, and that it didn't cause damage. I have several trees in my yard that I would be very upset if I lost.

SingingMom... love the matching dresses in your Berumda pic. Did you make those?

I do NOT miss that tree at all. There are a bunch of dead pines that separate our yard from our neighbors. They should all be torn down but they technically belong to our neighbors. In the past year, 3 have fallen from storms and we cheer each time. The only bummer is that we don't have as much privacy any more.

Here's a picture of the ugly tree fallen in THEIR yard  and you can see the wind wrapped Brooke's swing around the playset. I probably could have gotten a better picture if I were willing to walk down in the yard but I was lazy and just walked out onto our deck to take the picture.

I had to share this wonderful moment with my friends. While I was DISing, Brooke took some of her brothers' markers and quietly went into the livingroom to watch Cinderella. She then proudly came back to show me her new artwork. This is a picture of her taken after she was reprimanded and just before her bath...

We lost ours the day after returning from Disney last year... about 2 minutes AFTER I downloaded our pics and erased the camera. The comp couldn't be recovered, but Wynn found an "undelete" program to recover 90% of my pics from the camera memory. WHEW!! :worship: Anyhoo, we bought our new one at Best Buy with the reward zone card and a double points coupon, and got back over $100 in Reward Zone coupons. Long story short (or not!) the kids got a free Gamecube from Santa for Christmas!

Are you sure your whole computer is fried? A utility pole near our home in Niagara Falls got struck during a fierce storm once and all our telephones were damaged. I thought our computer was gone but it turned out that all we needed to do was replace the modem. That storm in NF was the scariest ever because I was alone that night while Rob was back in Syracuse. Thank goodness I had my dog for company!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That is SO typical! Avery colored on her belly about a year ago, and I couldn't get the blue out of her belly button. It was washables, but took about 3 weeks before it finally disappeared!

They are washable markers but they really aren't that washable. All it did was lighten up. Brooke has done this before to her hands and you would have thought I would have learned the first time to keep checking on her when she is extra quiet! I just couldn't believe how much she colored! She had on long pants and had to pull her pants up just so she could color her legs!!!!

DM, Rags, and castawaymam- Thanks for the anniversary wishes. It was GREAT! 2 down, 100 more to go. yes, you are right, I plan on living to be 125 years old.

DM- OMGoodness- If that's not the cutest picture I've ever seen. What a great facial expression she has too. "Who, what??? Me??? Um, no, it wasn't me!"

Sorry about your tree--- Although you're not real sorry... Good thing it wasn't close enough to fall on your house. that would scare me.

Kari- Wynn likes to take the credit for turning on the pit, putting the chicken on it, and then taking them off, huh???? Sounds like when I take credit for boiling water to put the pasta in and taking out the plates!

Hey all. I wanted to share this tidbit that I just learned off the Disney Food thread. Someone had to delete their photos from the thread because they used Photobucket and there were just too many views. Thus, she couldn't utilize Photobucket any longer if she didn't delete some of her photos.

I guess that each time a photo is posted, it counts as a view. Then, if someone "quotes" that picture, it will count as more views. That can really add up eventually. I don't understand the whole "viewing" and how it counts on your Photobucket account but there are more ways that add up also.

I guess I will not be quoting anybody's photos any more so they don't get "used" up to quickly... Just thought I'd let you know so you can save room on other people's accounts. :)

Interesting. Doesn't make much sense to me... At all. B/c what if your siggie picture is a photobucket pic? Each time you post, is that considered a view?

Weird.

We will grill when we have people over. Whenever it is his parents or my mom, they will keep telling him how good the meal is. LOL... They should get 1/2 the credit, too... they stand beside him drinking beer/wine and supervise as he flips the meat! My favorite part is when he laughs afterward, and says I can do the dishes since he cooked! :rotfl: I really don't mind though... it means he has to get the kids showered and in their PJs!

Rob loves grilling out too. He grabs his beer and disappears. I always hear his dumb, I mean fine music blaring out. But that's all he does too. I am stuck inside preparing everything else and I have to make sure it is timed with his grilling.

I always send the kids out with him! :rotfl: "Go ride your bike in the driveway while Daddy can watch you!" I figure its a small sacrifice to fix the rest!

By the way... edited my post above to save you a view! Why not just open a new photobucket acct if you max the old one? Maybe she just maxed out her album? :confused3

That is some mitey gud thinkin. Yous got some gud branes ther on them thar hed of yous! :lmao:

Wished I thunk of it.

Seriously - I didn't think of that. I wished that person over at the Food thread thought of that before she deleted pics!
