This trip will be mostly just me & DH. We're arriving late on June 20th, and will probably check into Wilderness Lodge about 9:30. My sister, BIL, mom, niece, & nephew are flying in on Thursday evening and staying off property. We'll see my mom on Friday, but may not catch up with the rest of the group until Sunday. Oh well!

June 21 -- AK & MGM
Brown Derby/Fantasmic Package 5:10

June 22 -- Epcot
Chefs de France 5:30 (My mom will be with us)

June 23 -- MK
Kona 6:25 (Friends from Orlando are joining us)

June 24 -- Leave WDW in the a.m. Drive to Cape Canaveral and board the Mariner of the Seas.

Dinner: Just got home from teaching dance 30 minutes ago. Ryan had my grilled chicken and home-made mashed potatoes ready for me. And now I'm eating grapes as my dessert!

What is something that you plan to ride/see on this trip that you have not done before while at Disney?

I love Olive Garden!! I fill up on the salad & breadsticks and can hardly eat my dinner when we go!

I went to Home Depot today and picked up several LGMHs...I got some other colors too. Do you all laminate yours? If so where do you have it done?

We hope to ride Test Track, see the Hall of Presidents & American Adventure.

I think, for me, it's easier to say what I won't do again.... Is that possible for me to answer it that way???? If so, I won't do the orange version of Mission Space again. Been there, done that, hated the feeling of my cheeks on my ears, won't do it again! Glad I can say I did it, but there's no reason for me to put myself through another 2-3 minutes of misery by choice again!

Me too! I ate like 4 breadsticks! Yumm!!!!!

Yes, I laminated mine. I put my DIS name on them and then laminated them. They have this paper you can buy and laminate them yourself. You don't need a machine. You just peel off the backing, stick one side, then fold over to stick the other. Kinda like contact paper. I then punched holes in the top of mine and tied them through a lime green string to hang from my backpack. I also glued pins on two of them, and have them pinned to my backpack.

I'm going to put some on my door at POP too!

I just told DH that I picked up some more LGMHs and he said that he would take them to Kinko's next week and laminate them for me. Last trip he woudln't have anything to do with the LGMHs but this time he's volunteering to laminate them for me... I'll probably put some on my window at Pop instead of the door. I'll be looking for your door...maybe we'll be staying close to each other.

I'm finally back. Its not allergies or sinuses. I'm on antibiotics, decongestant, and a nasal spray with a chance of my eardrum rurpturing.


For dinner I stopped and got BK.

I hope you feel better soon...I had an ear infection last May that was so bad it hurt to even brush my hair on that side. It was the 1st ear infection that I have had since I was little...then I had another one in January. They are definitely not fun! Take care of yourself and get some rest.

going to try the expedition everest. don't usually ride roller coasters, but both kids do so thought i would try riding this one.

I want to go on Soarin this time around. We were there two years ago. And Frankly, I did not really plan a whole lot. One time we tried to do Soarin, and the fast passes were all gone , and the wait was over 60 minutes. So we didnt wait.
This yr, I am going to plan more and organize more so we can all do our favorites.

The one park that we really didn't get to do a whole lot last vacation was AK. It was really rainy that day and the kiddos were miserable. So, we are looking forward to doing just about everything there.

And now that Alec has reached over 40" (in fact, 46") it will be a lot of fun riding those big rides with him since they will also be new to him!

EE- Wasn't open last time I went
The tamer verision of mission space- wow was I glad I didn't have to go back to earth last time

Future DW hasn't done the following:
Hall of Presidents
Jungle cruise
American Adventure (you guys must think I am the worst tour guide )

And I have yet to see Festival of the Lion King (Horrible, I know) I was going to see it last time I was at AK, but we only had time for that or Tarzan, and since I knew Tarzan was closing, I choose that to see one last time

Also Cirque du Sole (sp?) Thats our "date night" (narcoossee, show, EMH at MK)

Thanks for showing this. I can see how having all this info down ahead of time would be very helpful. Also thanks for putting down the AAA discount at World of Disney store. I just got AAA last week.

I like having my info in one place, so I can get to it. Especially my confirmation #, just in case they lose my ADR.

The AAA discount is only 10%, but does add up. We usually look at all the stores, but do our shopping on our DTD day. Makes it easier to keep up with the packages, and we go to World of Disney first to get the discount.
