Ricky,

All indications were that they wanted to make their decision as quickly as possible so that we would all have time to do some leg-work before the big reveal on March 2nd.

Partly because I'm concerned about my own blood pressure - I hope they make the calls next week!

That's good and definitely makes sense. I'm happy to hear that they'll give you sufficient time to launch your "campaigns" before the voting begins. Hopefully they'll make their decisions this coming week!

Oh - you can. . . I checked back in (thanks to an email from my family - yoi, never mess with a proud Mother!) and you can. Yikes there have been a lot of votes already!

If this is how it's going to be for three weeks in March - I'm going to need a lot of caffeine! :)

:goodvibes

one way...clear your private data on your browser

Ok, here comes the technological inferiority complex again - - - I have no idea what that post means. I'll figure it out soon enough though!

What will be interesting is if the top 10 are decided on before March 2nd, if any of them are DIS'ers, if they request them to be quiet until the formal announcement on the 2nd.

It's no big deal really Justin, it's just an option you have in your "preferences".
Click on file, then preferences, and you should see something about clearing data or cache

That is something we are wondering as well. I don't know if they would prefer the advanced publicity or if they would rather save the news for March 2nd. . .

Ah - - I see... that will certainly come in handy!

I just added a link for my new favorite Patrick “Cut-Out” Hurd to the comments section of my story.

With more than 600 votes, the online poll seems to be an evenly split four-way race at the moment with Justin and Andy neck and neck and Tripp and Eric close behind.

Unfortunately, Patrick and Amanda can’t be included in this poll now that the voting has begun.

Ooooh! A mystery! ;)

Okay. I think I've successfully managed to figure it out. :thumbsup2 (Brady's article helped me a bit -- along with that web link embedded in each of your posts.)

Speaking of which, have you been getting a lot of "hits" on your site as a result? (Is there a way to track which ones were redirected from the latimes.com vs. the DISboards)?

We do have a way of tracking it so it will be interesting to see. I am also a published writer, so not too bad. :)

Oh, just re-do the poll! or start another one with everyone in it ;) And let us vote for 3 people since Disney will take the Top 3!!

OK, I have a new favorite (sorry Andy).

Patrick Hurd built his own cut-out Disneyland complete with 13 attractions and a fireworks finale.

Now that that particular cat is out of the bag . . . how long 'til we know about the others?

Does Patrick visit this site? If so - - - WELL DONE!

Hey all, Patrick here...course I may need to change my name to "Cut-Out Guy"! I actually hadn't been over to this board before, but I was pointed over here. GOOD LORD, I can feel the love! I'd really just decided to keep things quiet for a while, but with the support I've been getting from folks that don't even KNOW me and really enjoyed my video I just had to come forward and say thankyou! I'm happy to answer questions about myself or the video if you've got any. I'm excited to see what happens next...this has been, to say the least...the chance of a lifetime.
