Hi girls! Erin and Crystal, I got your friend requests through facebook. I can't accept them because for some reason when I access facebook lite at work and click accept, it never goes through so I have to wait until I get home tonight. I was EXHAUSTED yesterday. I've had a cold and Saturday just made it worse. It was totally worth it though.

Joe was amazing.
We got to the place around 4:30 and there were already people waiting. The doors weren't going to open until 6:30 so we got ready to wait. It was almost 50 out that day so it wasn't too bad..until the sun went down. Then I was shivering and I was sneezing like it was my job. I felt bad for the people around me lol. My sister ran to starbucks to get something to warm us up. The people in line around us were really nice. We made friends with the girls in front of us. They were from Michigan and they were all sisters. More on them later!
They finally started letting us in around 6:45. The place was small and we were pretty close to the stage, off center a bit. The girls that were in front of us had been talking about getting a table upstairs but I said no way, I wanted to be right in front.

All of a sudden, my sister's phone goes off and it's a tweet that says, J Train is in the building! Everyone must have gotten it because the crowd was BUZZING. All of a sudden, Mr. Knight walks out and makes his way to a little area off to the side of the stage to view the show. He was on the opposite side and there were so many heads that I didn't get a good shot of him but it was awesome knowing he was there.
Soon after that, the band took the stage. Rob Lewis was one of them!

The lights dimmed and they started playing the opening riff to 'Here We Go Again' and out walked Mr. Mac in a grey suit and aviators! So adorable that man is, so much charisma. He put on a GREAT show. So much energy, he even did a strip tease for the crowd during one number.

He did a lot of NKOTB songs including Single, Twisted (I was SO sure Jordan would take the stage during that but he didn't, he let Joe have his show to himself), 2 in the Morning, Cover Girl, and of course Please Don't Go Girl. He had an I heart NY shirt and the classic Joey Mac hat on for that one.

His last song was 5 Brothers & A Million Sisters. He was FANTASTIC! Loved every minute of it.
During one point of the show, someone handed him a gift bag and it was a jacket someone made him. He said he always wanted a tour sponsored by Waffle House so someone made him a jacket that said that in the front corner and on the back said 'Scattered, Smothered, and Covered' I think.

I took a pic of it, it's on my fb. I'll try to get some pictures up here when I have a second.
So my sister and I had talked about going to the after party but weren't sure. We decided to take a walk over that way, it was only about 12 blocks from the venue. The line was huge but...hey those are our friends from the line! They were about 10 people deep and let us cut the line and stand with them.

We didn't have tickets but they let us in anyway as long as we were willing to pay $25. Sure. SO glad we did. Totally worth it. Joey Mac showed up around 10:30, shortly followed by Jordan Knight! I was so mad because my sister went out to have a smoke and I stayed inside since I wasn't feeling great and she saw Joey getting out of his limo like 3 feet away!!! UGH, so jealous!!!
Anyway, the club was small, only two rooms separated by a glass partition. They were in a little VIP area in the corner but they were clearly visible to everyone and you could get into either room. I stood on a couch to get a picture of Jordan!! My sister was freaking out (she's a Jordan girl!). The DJ started playing the Right Stuff shortly after they came in and he was dancing.

The club had a little stage behind the bar and they came out to sing Dirty Dancing and Full Service. Jordan was dancing against the glass and girls behind it were FREAKING out.

That man is gorgeous. I got some good shots of the boys when they were up on that stage. They stayed til after midnight and after they left, we left. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!!
I really hope I can get tickets to Radio City because I absolutely cannot wait to see them again!!!
