So, a girl just came in the office to get directions and make reservations for her trip to...Erie, PA to see the New Kids! We started gabbing about it and she got 5 star tickets. She's so excited to meet them. I asked her who she was posing with and she said Jon. She went to one of the shows in AC last time around. She told me she also thought about booking the cruise but talked some sense into herself.

3 weeks from Friday!

I wanted to share my design I came up with for my (and Karen if she wants) shirt for the show. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I also think I will have the back say something like:

After sweating our butts off while sitting down at Wells Fargo Arena on Sunday night, we have decided that we are going to be doing tank tops for the Des Moines concert. Plus, this time there are 7 of us, so we need to do shirts for the other 4 anyway. Sadie's company still has the screen from before, so I think we are going to do the same design again, just on a tank top. Just wearing normal clothes for Baltimore. I need to go shopping!!!

Karen and I now have a room booked at a hotel directly across from Assembly Hall in Champaign We're going to try out our stalking skills after the show

Karen - I just happened to think of the only negative of staying overnight there..... we won't have *ahem* "access" to our DHs right after the show

Your shirt looks great! I was looking at the Cafepress ones and was going for long sleeved. Maybe I should rethink that? I was thinking the more of me that was covered the better! Although I don't wanna be sweating bullets!

My hubby just left to go diving and I'm going to order some breakfast and read for awhile in the room. Then around 10ish I'll head to the pool. This place is absolutely beautiful. We just LOVE it!!! We are actually earning our free week this week (after 10 trips you get a free one) and we're planning to come back here in Nov for 10 days. Anyone want to join us????

Glad you're having a good time! As much as I'd like a break from the kiddos and the daily rigors of being a SAHM I don't think I could leave my girlies for 10 days! Last May dh and I went on a 6 night cruise and by night 5 I was ready to see them. Dh and I tried to go to St. Lucia for our honeymoon (2000) but couldn't get flights that worked.


Crystal - So glad to hear you dh's surgery went well! I hope he is feeling better very soon.

If I do my design, I can always get a button like the I still heart Donnie shirt to wear, but it is a plus that the Donnie shirt is black (I need all the slimming effects I can get!)

I would go original. There's something to be said for an original gal ... especially one that does not use puff paint on her NKOTB shirt. hehe.

Did any of you know that the Jabbawockeez or whatever it is are the opening act for the spring shows? What the heck? I liked Lady Gaga (although at first I was like huh???) and loved Natasha. I'm not sure how I feel about watching people dance who aren't our guys that night. Anyone else not thrilled\?

Hey Erin until yesterday I had no idea what or who a Jabbawockeez was

I seen that they were to be on The Ellen Show so I tuned in, and while they were ok at dancing there outfits/mask kinda creeped me out a little

not my first choice for an opening act but i'll survive I guess
