Does anybody know what time we will actually get off of our cruise? We are trying to book a return flight, and we are un-sure as to when it needs to be booked.

Any help would be very appreciated. Our cruise starts on June 2nd and returns on the 5th of June.

Thanks

Your party must disembark by 9:00 am. We have always been to MCO by 11:00 am. We've jumped on an early flight a couple of times before.

Yesterday we were in our car pulling away from the port by 8:00 AM. Since you must be out by 9:00, you won't have any problem.

On our cruise that returned Feb 5, 2005 we were to MCO, checked in and through security by 9:30am for our 11:45am flight. By the way, we used Happy Limo to drive us to MCO which saves some time over renting a car. I would say too add at least 1/2 hour if renting a car. In my opinion, I would not book any earlier than 11:00am, but I have heard of others who have made some what earlier flights. Aroung noon is a good time I think.

DCL wants everyone off by 9 am. However, once the ship pulls into the port, it is under the authority of US Customs and the Port Authority. DCL has no control over things. Most of the time, Customs has cleared the ship and people are getting off by 7:30 or 8. However....we had one (of 12) cruises on the Magic where at 9, there was a LONG line of people waiting for the big doors to open. There was some sort of hang up with Customs. In fairness, DCL brought out characters and the kid programming staff to entertain the waiting masses.
