disembarkation

I hope DCL never changes the way Florida opperates. We have been on 5 DCL cruises and getting off is a breeze. We cruised on our first non-Disney, RCI, in May and we sat and waited from 8:30 am until 11:45 to get off the ship, it was horrible. And I even cheated and put down we had an early flight home in order to get a higher color. We were the 4th group called.

I also hope that they don't do the sticker mess in PC. We have late seating but wont be going to the dining room. We want to leave the ship ASAP to spend the day at WDW.

I agree, I don't want them to change it either. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!

We've done 3 cruises and have been off in 5-10 min. And that was basically just walking in finding our bags (less than a minute) and then off.

I really hope they don't start using the stickers in Florida. We've cruised twice on DCL and three times on NCL. I prefer DCL's approach much better. Each time we cruised on NCL we had to leave our cabin and sat for a couple of hours waiting to get off the ship. On DCL we had breakfast at the buffet and left the ship around 9:00...... just walked right off, found our bags and were on our way within 5 - 10 minutes.

TVguy...you had one bad experience but it is not always like that....usually the disembarking is quite smooth on DCL. I would hate to have the stickers system in Florida.

We just came off a Carnival cruise and has to wait around to be called to be let off....just a waste of time!! We did not get off the ship until after 10:30 and it was not like we could enjoy the ship...we had to just sit and wait in a lounge.

Oh...FYI...not sure if this was mentioned in the thread or not but I am pretty sure there is no room service the last morning and they want you out of your cabins by 8:00 am.
