disembarkation question

On disembarkation day I will be using DCL transport to Animal Kingdom Lodge Jumbo House.

When do I find out when my bus will leave Port to go to AKL ? Also if I place my bags outside my room by 10 PM, do I get a tag similar to ME tags that transport my bags right to AKL or do I need to pick up my bags in the terminal using some other tag ?

I am travelling concierge so I do not know if that makes a difference

There is no set time for buses to specific resorts. When you debark the ship, you go to the bus area and check in there. They will direct you to the bus that goes to you resort. Most buses will have 3 resort stops. When the bus is full (or nearly so), it will depart.

You pick up your bags in the terminal to take through customs. Then hand them off to the bus driver for storage beneath the bus. At your resort, you again claim your bags from the bus driver and hand them off to the bell person. Or take them with you to the check in desk.

You pick up your bags in the port and need to have them with you when going through customs. They tell you to be off of the ship by 9 in order to catch the buses that are going to the resorts.

To complete what others have said, sailing Concierge has many perks, but just one relates to luggage handling. They do not show up any earlier on embarkation day. They do not have special services in the terminal to help you with them. The only advantage is that you have a designated zone in the luggage retrieval area, so all the Concierge luggage is held in the same spot , which is less crowded than the other sections. It is also located near the spot where you enter the room, so you grab your bags quickly then get in line for immigration.
