Last night, my water heater exploded... Hopefully that is the LAST time that will happen for a while!
Looks like I need to cancel an ADR... (Just kidding! Hot water is overrated.)
On a serious note, I was shocked at how easy the thing was to install after we got it where it belonged.

About a foot of water in the garage apparently...
My wife drained most of it before I was able to get home from work.
