Nate, I found out I'm not going to be around home Saturday. I want to be able to follow along and draft my team, so I'm trying to set up my phone to receive the text updates so I can follow along and draft from my phone. I went to validate my phone number so I can receive text messages and I got a message saying "the Commissioner has Revoked your Francise Setup Rights" Don't know what this means, but I'm pretty sure it means I failed in my goal.

Only rights I have revoked from people is for Trades...I'll re-enable Trades after the draft is over.

Never done the phone thing... My phone is too much of a dinosaur to be of much use...so I've never tried it.

Just want to give you all an example of how different these e-mail drafts can be.

I'm currently drafting in a league called "Wish my Wife was this Low Maintenance Fantasy Football League"...
where there are 8 divisions of 8 teams each...Start 2QBs; 4RBs; 4WRs; 2TEs...no DTs or PKs

Div 1 is currently at pick # 7.3 (that is Round 7...pick #3)
Div 2 is currently at pick # 8.6
Div 3 is currently at pick # 5.3
Div 4 is currently at pick # 6.6
Div 5 is currently at pick # 5.5
Div 6 is currently at pick # 6.7
Div 7 is currently at pick # 11.8
Div 8 is currently at pick # 9.6

Just tested out this feature in that other league...be warned if you check Draft Status Update...you will get a text for every draft pick from every division...which wouldn't be too bad for our league....but the one I'm in has 8 divisions.

You may just want the text that lets you know you are on the clock.

Nate, quick question. If I do not want to use my list or go off of the order i originally set I can do that as long as I do not have it on auto pick correct?

Yes...if your not on autopick you can slip in a Ryan Leaf pick.

Sorry...I sent out PM's to everyone who had posted on this thread...you were on the first page...it filled up pretty quick...took about 3-4 weeks.

Keep you on the list for 2012...maybe we will have enough for a 4th division.

Our fire company is having a poker run that day, and I will not be anywhere near a computer. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

This is why we have a 10 hour clock. Life happens and things come up.

You could Pre-pick the 1st round...maybe the 2nd...doubt it would make it back to your 3rd round.

Speaking of which...Sunday the 21st...I will be gone myself for close to the 10 hour window...something my wife had planned...

I'll try to put in a round or 2 of pre-picks so I won't hold up the Donald Division.

If anyone has any issues...I'll deal with them ASAP that evening.

Hey, that's fine with me. Looks like there are 10 teams playing Saturday night, so I won't mind waiting until after they play to draft... you know just in case somebody ends up getting hurt.

So looking at the scoring....we are scoring 3 points for a field goal under 30 yards, but for anything over 30 yards, only 0.1 point? I would think it should award more than that. Under 30 maybe .1, but 40+ yards should be more than .1 point.

Everything from 1-30= 3pts...then every yard after gets and additional 0.1pt per yard... 31yds = 3.1pts... 32yds= 3.2pts... 50yds= 5.0pts
