I have absolutely no real opinion on this as I have no frame of reference, but your explanation once again shows me that something that may come across as a "no brainer" to me is actually much more complicated than I thought (that happens to me ALL the time in life! LOL). I really appreciate you taking the time to write all that out, and it was really clearly written as well.

TOTALLY agree! I've said it before, and I'll say it again @jcb has an awesome and unique way of explaining "legalese" to me that I don't feel dumb, bored, or patronized at all! And I always sincerely appreciate his taking the time and effort to do so! (No wonder he's The Team's "Legal Eagle" on the show when a law topic comes up!)
