Discrepancy in party number and ages for ADRs

I made 2 ADRs for my upcoming trip. One at Biergarten for 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. And one for Tusker House for 4 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. On both the disney website and the MDE app, Biergarten shows 6 adults and 1 child, and Tusker shows 4 adults, 2 infants. I've called the Disney Dining Reservations hotline twice, several weeks apart to confirm the correct party #s and ages, and both representatives assured me that the info they see is the correct # and ages. However, that info is not being changed on either the website, nor MDE. Do I just get there and hope it's all correct? Worried we'll show up and we won't have an ADR for a member of our party. Not sure what else to do since I've been told twice that everything on their end looks right.

Don't worry about Tusker House; it sounds right and they'll work with you anyway.

For Biergarten, you need to make sure that the reservation is for 8 people total. Ages are really irrelevant, so don't get caught up in how those are listed. If it's not for 8 people, you need to get it fixed. Some websites say you don't have to include the infant, but you do. Make sure you're clear on the phone, because even some of the phone reps will tell you that you don't need to include the infant. Granted, I don't think there would be a problem between 7 and 8 people at Biergarten; you should get the exact same table, but they do have to worry about capacity per fire code.

Thank you. I wasn't too worried about Tusker House, but the Biergarten thing worries me. The thing is, when I call reservations, the CM says that they see a reservation for 8, but it never shows for me.

I wouldn't worry too much if you called and they said they see it's for 8. The reservation system can be glitchy. For some reason the app has one of my reservations as for three people, and I am listed twice, but the website has it correct. Especially since the one missing is an infant. We took a big trip one time and my MIL joined us relatively last minute. I couldn't change all our reservations due to availability, but since we had an infant in our party it was never a problem adding an extra person on at the podium. We were always prepared to have someone sit out, but we never needed to. But regardless, what they are seeing is probably right!

I wouldn't worry too much. My little guy shows up as an adult, and as a child at times. He is only 2 and even though I mention needing a highchair when I make the ressies I haven't seen it show up. Usually everything works out just fine when I get there. As for the Biergarten if they say it's correct I would just go with it as going from 7 to 8 shouldn't be a problem. We had ressies for 3 for most of our meals and a friend in the area joined us making it 4. They were easily able to change it for us at all of the restaurants. Even when we didn't have her they seated us at 4 tops. Have a great trip.
