Discovery Kids Adventure Camp

I posted this on the CB, but thought I'd post it here as well since not everyone frequents the CB.

As many of you know, my DD is an actor. That being said, I keep up on the various castings available. The following is one that may be of interest to those of you with kids. It sounds like a fun experience. I wish my DD was young enough to participate. I wish I was young enough to participate!!!

Are you ready to team up with kids from around the country and across the Atlantic for the ultimate camp experience?

Imagine going behind-the scenes and into the wild for 17 days of up-close animal interaction with everything from dolphins to hippos, to manatees and giraffes.

Here’s how you can have a chance to be on Adventure Camp 2:

1. Make a five-minute video telling us all about yourself, and why you should be
on the next Adventure Camp. The video can be on VHS, MiniDV, or DVD, but
should not have any music on it. It should include your full name, age and date
of birth, grade in school, your parents or guardians names, your home address,
phone number and e-mail so we can get back to you.

2. Print and Fill out the Audition Release Form and be sure to have
your parent or guardian sign it.

3. Print and Fill out the Questionnaire.

4. Send the tape with the completed Audition Release Form signed by your
parents or guardians, and completed Questionnaire to:

Yes, it really does look cool. Unfortunately, I've heard they are really strict on the age thing.
