Discovery Cove when raining - policy

Hi, am I right in saying that if the day is scheduled to be a washout, Discovery Cove will happily switch your day to another (subject to availability) ONLY if you gave booked your ticket directly with them? If I purchase through Attraction Tickets Direct (I'm from UK) I won't be able to use this policy?

I would suggest you contact Discovery Cove direct. We have been to DC on a wet day and it didn't spoil our day at all. Yes, it might have been a bit better if we could have lazed around the beach area but we didn't really have too much time out of the water.

I would also say it might depend on when you are going. If its during the UK summer holidays you might be hard pushed to find another day when they are not at capacity.

I didn't know that they made restrictions if you didn't buy your ticket from them.
