Hi
My son and i did the family sleep over at discovery cove last Oct and loved it, thedolphin swim was amazing.
We are hoping to come back next Aug and go on the 3 night disney crusie- one of the exchursion is the blue lagoon, which offers a dolphin swim( if you book dierct.... just encouter through disney) i wondered if anyone has done either/ both and if you can give your view on what you prefered?
They are both very expensive so will onbly be able to book one.
Thanks for any info
Best wishes

Hi Ruth,
We did both swims before and I actually enjoyed the Blue Lagoon visit more because of the dolphin interaction. They were very free with the dolphins and let you take pictures and everything with your disposable cameras. At one point we were just all hanging out and i went to get some close ups and they had the dolphins spit water and stuff like that. Its not like discovery cover where everyone gets in the water, does the same stuff and then out..Although i did like the fact that in discovery cove you had the day to relax..at blue lagoon you basically go and do the swim, shop alittle and then have to catch the boat back. Any more question i can help you with feel free to ask!

Hi, thanks for the above post. I was wondering how you got over to Paridise island ( did you got with DCL). Thanks for your help
Best wishes

Actually, when we went we stayed at Atlantis and walked over to the paradise island boat dock ( dont remember the exact name). It was maybe a 10 minute walk and picked up the boat there.
