Discovery Cove Tickets

Hi all,

I am buying my brother and his soon to be wife Discovery Cove ultimate tickets for their wedding present, they go in May for their honeymoon - first timers to Florida!

Wondering, has anyone ordered from onlineflorida.co.uk? they seem to be coming up cheapest at @ £214 each. (£428 total) On discovery cove website, its $786 which xe convertor tells me is £491 total so bit of a difference.

Anyone know where to get them cheaper or how to find any promo codes for the discovery cove website??

i've never done DC myself, and am quite tempted to add it to my plans for my sep trip! esp since its on offer in sep for $199 which inc 14 days Seaworld or BG. Seaworld is on my list anyway so reckon I could be very tempted to add on DC.... decisions decisions...

I figure, Seaworld will prob cost about $80 on its own? (dont want to do BG or Aquatica this time) so for $120 more the dolphin swim seems to be a bit of a bargain? Your thoughts please!!

We went to Discovery Cover several years ago.
I have never heard of the website you refer too though.

There are a number of options with the tickets including like you say Sea World or others onto the package.

Whilst it is around $80 or so for a one day ticket to SW, they always have offers on, often extra days for no extra cost.
So it would be worth checking out their own website to see what is currently available.
I know last time we went to Sea World we got a 7 day ticket for the price of one day.

I have never heard of them. I book my tickets direct and feel I am saving as they have the option of SW, BG or Aquatica added.

I would suggest you google that company for reviews to see if others have used them for feedback good or bad

Not heard of that company we've always booked direct with Discovery Cove, I'm sure they will have a fantastic time there.

I've never heard of that company, when we booked back in 2008 we had booked our holiday then with a travel agent so booked the whole thing with them. DC is something worth doing my hubby didn't really want to but was doing as he knew it was my dream to swim with dolphins but he enjoyed the day so much he wants to go back

I have also been looking at Online Florida's prices for Discovery Cove.

According to their website, they are associated with Travel Republic.

I did manage to find a review on TripAdvisor's Forums dated September '08 and all was well and good back then.

If we decide to book DC, I think I will be giving these guys a try.

check DC own web prices before booking using usual codes they are quite often less than uk prices

I got hung for posting a code on here before, if you tell me your dates I can see if any codes apply for that time. At the minute the best one has gone (but it usually returns every few months but it is meant to be for US only) and the other one active at the moment works until end of march and is for anyone, it gives prices from $174 (+ $11 tax) for the swim and $74 (+$5 tax) non swim, but this one has been on the go for about 2 years and when it runs out a moditified new one usualy comes on line . I also note some prices as low as $199 for may without any codes

As Tink says they are part of Travel Republic Ltd, used them for hotels no problems but never bought tix from them.

We also book direct with DC but we get AP discount.

Aha a secret code share!

We are there October 20th until 2nd November (well those are the days we are actually able to do anything). Having looked at a few sites it does seem chepaer to do DC on 1st or 2nd Nov as that is a lower season than dates in October (although different sites do say different things. I'd be grateful for any help getting it a bit cheaper

on dc site 17-28th is at $289 and then price drops back to $249. no codes for this time yet. the one I have runs out march 10th so a new one should be out about that time. I will post back on here once I have it. It usually takes $25 off swim and non swim and the US code takes of $50- that one should come out about now

It does seem to depend on which site you look as to when the lower price starts, some don't drop their price until 1st Nov, even though the DC's site says it's a couple of days earlier
