Discovery Cove tickets

Do they include a pass to Seaworld? I've seen it advertised before but I was wondering if this is a part of the regular offering or just when tickets are on special.

Also, where is the best place to buy tickets.

They generally include either a 7/14 day Sea World pass, or a 7/14 Busch Gardens depending on your choice.
Best place is to buy direct from DC.

To add to Johnny's post, for a small extra charge you can opt for 14 days access to both Seaworld and Busch as part of your ticket, you can use this before or after the DC visit, as long as one day out of the 14 falls on your DC day. Simply take the confirmation from discovery cove to guest services at BG or SW on your first visit and they'll give you a 2-week, 2-park standard ticket
