Discovery Cove / Proposal Spectacular

I'm considering doing the marriage proposal special offered by DC. I was just wondering if anybody had the pleasure of experiencing this in the past and whether it was worth it. Seemingly, it occurs during the dolphin swim in which a buoy with the million dollar question is brought. However, being with a group of 8, I wondered how personal the proposal is. Not that an audience wouldn't be ok, just wondered if it was more intimate session if you purchase this package.

Anybody else having witnessed this or maybe even the birthday package, feel free to chime in.

I witnessed a proposal last month. We did all the regular dolphin interaction & then the trainer asked for a volunteer and 'chose' someone. The dolphin came across with a 'toy' and the volunteer was asked to take it from the dolphin to demostrate their playfulness. This 'toy was the marriage proposal buoy. She was asked to read it out to the delight of the rest of us (luckily she said yes ) Lots of cheers and awwws before they were taken aside for some photos with the dolphin . They were whisked away afterwards whilst the rest of us left

I also witnessed one. The group had completely finished with their dolphin swim and everyone was getting out. The trainer told the lady and man that they wanted to get one more picture of them. That way they were the only two left in the water. The dolphin swam up and gave the bouy to the lady and she screamed and hugged her boyfriend. It was great. Everyone clapped!
