Discovery Cove on July 4th?

I understand that there is a limited number of people allowed into Discovery Cove every day. I thought if we went to DC on July 4th we would not have to fight the crowds in the other parks. Is this a wise strategy?

Also, just learning about Acquatica...is this a separate attraction at Sea World and is it another separate entrance fee?
