Discover card 5% cashback at target and Amazon I got an email this morning from Discover that said to activate my 5% bonus cash back up to $1500 at Amazon and target. October through December just wanted to let you guys know I would think that would work on Disney gift cards but didn't go into my discover card to read the fine print. We're going in dec and I was going to put the balance on my Disney card for the points but thinking this is a better deal.

I've activated the offer but haven't used it yet since it doesn't start until October. I've used these types of offers on gift cards in the past and haven't had any problems getting the bonus. Just want to make sure you realize that it's a 5% bonus on the first $1,500 of purchases at Amazon and Target, so if you maxed out the category, you'd end up with $75 in cashback. I saw your other post about using gift cards to pay for your trip and saving up to $500 so I wanted to make sure you were clear on the limits before spending a ton of money on the gift cards.

Thanks I guess when I read it I was thinking you could have up to $1500 darn it.
