I really couldn't find any information about their contracts except for number of points. I wonder if they just re-post listings from other sites..

So I have been "in touch" with concierge a few times this week. Enough to learn that their agents don't communicate well with one another, and do not follow up on calls.

In addition I learned their Dvc resales are not theirs, but posted up for a external agent. I have asked for details on one of the listings two days ago (the use year) - when I followed up today they told me they were waiting to hear back from the external agent still.

So far not a great experience.

This is what I found out about discount time shares..
I would ask for information and he would have to check with the sellers broker..

For me it just seemed like an extra middle man..

I just got updated and I should be closed and in the system by May 11 according to my broker. Disney has our deal on their desk now. Just waiting for them to say yes or no if they want it.
