Just wondering if they normally offer a room discount for the month of April??? I haven't seen anything yet but not sure if one will still become available...

Although the PP's link is a good indicator of when previous discounts were announced for what dates, keep in mind that Easter falls on April 16 in 2017 for many Christians. Since Easter falls on different dates every year, late March and April can be wild cards. The weeks before and after Easter are periods of high attendance and it's possible that there will be no discounts for that time period. It all depends on whether there's a need to entice people to fill resort rooms.

We plan on the week after the Easter week... And according to what he posted looks like it would be offered the week we want as it has been offered the last 5 years.

Just a thought to keep in mind that schools take Spring breaks different weeks. Some a week before Easter, some a week after, and some that take random weeks in March & April so just be aware the crowds may be more heavy than 'normal'.

Yes, they usually do offer some sort of deal in April, for the last several years anyway. Also, if your week is Easter week, you should still see a discount (we go to WDW that week every year). There's a PIN code out for early 2017 and it does include Easter so that's always a good sign. Only problem we have is full prices are so inflated nowadays that the discount seems to hardly make a dent.

From our experience, the crowds are heavier in early April -- one of the busiest times for us was when Easter fell at the tail end of March/early April because it collided with a lot of college breaks. However, we have better luck crowd-wise when Easter is mid to late April. Plus the more into April it gets, the better the weather. It's *usually* very nice in April!

Yes we did take that into consideration. As the kids here in mass are on vacation the same week as Easter so we were going to avoid that week if possible and figured towards the end of April it might die down a little bit.

Thank you! Someone in my family does have a pin code for that week but unfortunately he is not coming with us this trip so we can not use it. Pretty disappointing lol

Disney does have a discount that is valid through April 8th, but sounds like your trip is later in April? Also, you posted this in the resort forum. There is also a subforum in resorts called Disney Discount Codes and Rates, which you might find helpful. There is a thread for discount code watch for April so if one comes out they will be talking about it

Thank you, I couldn't find anything hat said discounts or I really wasn't paying much attention. And yes it's later in April.
