When do the usual 20%, 30%, and 40% discounts usually go up for the June-July season? I am planning a trip, but it will only happen with these discounts.

Also, Is there someone I can contact to find out if I will be receiving a pin this year?

Usually late winter/ early spring for summer codes. Check mousesavers.com for discount history. There is no one to call except a reservations CM to ask if you have a pin code attached to your household. There is no rhyme or reason as to who gets them. Try saving some summer trips to your account on WDW.com. That seems to work for some people.
