Discounts - VISA Cardholders vs. General Public

I am one of many who is hoping that we will see a Free Dining offer come out within the next month or so.

For fun I help family and friends book Disney trips. We are all Canadians so unfortunately not eligible to get a Disney VISA card.

My question is about offers and accommodations. Are the exact same resorts always available to Disney VISA cardholders and the General Public? Do they ever offer certain resorts to the VISA cardholders and then different ones to the GP when their offer starts?

Since my group needs to wait until the GP offer I like to do as much upfront leg work as I can to help me the morning the new offers are released. Value resorts seem to be pretty predictable in what resorts are offered but I'm wondering about the Moderates as they seem to change up what resorts are available for certain offers.

No, the visa and public offers are the same. Visa just gets to book it earlier.

The Visa offer usually comes out a few days before the general public one. They are the same offers. Good Luck and come back on and tell us your vacation plans.

Be careful OP! I see that you reside in Ontario. If you are not working through a TICO registered travel agency, it is illegal to 'help family and friends book Disney trips'.
