Discounts on Universal Passes

I cannot fing the Universal Excitment ticket anywhere. That said, how long do you think the 1 day 1 park is good for? What if I not going until 12/2007?

You can save $3 per ticket when you buy online and receive admission to either Universal Studios Florida OR Islands of Adventure.

Plus, as an exclusive online offer, receive four (4) additional days FREE at the same park, for a total of five (5) consecutive days of admission. This offer is not available at the front gate.

Adult

At the Gate $63.00 + tax
Online Only $59.75 + tax

Child (Ages 3-9)

At the Gate $52.00 + tax
Online Only $48.00 + tax

Try the link above your post that I posted. LOL Did that make sense. Good Luck.

This is just wild! The Universal Excitement Pass is simply not listed when I pull up the website. At the suggestion of HolliePoppins, I called them directly. They easily pulled up the Universal Excitement Pass on their website, but following the same directions, it simply isn't there on my system. My call was forwarded to online help and they explained that some of the browsers must not be reading the updated version of UniveralOrlando site. It would appear I'm not the only one having this problem. You can, however, call and buy the ticket from the following number at Universal
1.407.224.7840
The guy did say he didn't know how long this deal would last, so hurry before this offer ends!

I received an e-mail yesterday with a link to the Universal Excitement Pass at the $85 price. Can't find the $75 price anywhere, though. Aprilfaire, when you called, what price did they quote?

My offer must be purchased by August 20 and includes a coupon booklet "with savings on food and merchandise."

Does anyone know if the tickets purchased have an expiration date? I know they expire 4 days after they are first used, but is there a deadline for that first date of use?

Go to universalorlando.com scroll to bottom on the left side it says special ticket offer click on where it says "learn more" it is the first ticket listed. Good luck and have fun. It is also listed at the top of the page where it says tickets click on park tickets. :)

When I did this, I got taken to the tickets page which offered (to me) the Universal Excitement Pass for $85, not $75. That is really strange! Did you try this today? Maybe different people (i.e., computers) are being offered different rates??

Whatever, $85 is a great deal, too!

Called the number 407-224-7840 --Universal's online help line. Was quoted $75.00, but I already knew there was a $75.00 ticket because earlier in this thread Hollie Poppins said she got one. I agree $85.00 is excellent!

Forgot to mention--this ticket was purchased this morning via the phone number listed above.

I went to their website today and the $75 ticket is still there. If you have not purchased your tickets yet did you try the link I posted in an earlier post. That might work. Good Luck. Plus I am getting the coupon book for free. :)

Weird, I can't find this offer anymore either. I tried with and without your link.

Try going to mousesavers.com (Universal tickets page and click on the online 5 day deal). I just went to google and put in Universal Excitement Pass, and mousesavers was one of the options. It has the $75 ticket listed.

Thanks a lot! It worked that way.

SBclifton:

Thank you so much!

When I saw this deal on universals website a few weeks ago, I didn't know it would disappear so quickly, I too purchased via MouseSavers today, saving me over $100.00, which I will spend on the kiddies, promise!

Thanks again,

-Tony

I just called Universal now to check on the 85.00 offer, and they said it expires December 26, 2006. We aren't going to Universal until March 2007 - rats...

I suggested that they might want to indicate these tickets do have an expiry date. The website doesn't indicate this at all...just says you have to purchase them by August 20.

well, that sux big time !!

i have the ap but was going to buy the special for my son for a trip later after mine.

thanx for the heads up on the expiration date.

Thanks for posting, MouseGirl. I was all set to buy them for our March 2007 trip instead of renewing our WDW APs. Guess Universal just made that decision a little easier for me (unless, of course, they come out with another offer between now and then)...

Just wanted to let people know I just called Universal and she said there is no experation date besides from first day of use. I had her double check and she still said no :confused3

WOW! I just got MY tix on-line ~ $75 for 5 days.....woohoo! :woohoo:

Is it just me or is the Universal Excitement pass now missing from the Universal website? I've tried the Mousesavers link and I could see it a few days ago but now it's not coming up.

I was getting excited because of the post above mentioning that it may NOT have an expiration date. The Excitement pass was getting me excited already and I haven't even bought it.

I talked to marketing yesterday and they have withdrawn the external links to the excitement pass. I believe you can call the online ticket store and still order them though.
