Discounts for verizon employees?

Hi everyone,
My husband works for Verizon and thinks that there are discounts for Verizon workers. If anyone knows offhand if there are could you let me know.

I work for Verizon and dont remember a discount,but he can check on Verizon eweb from work they have a page of discounts available, if he belongs to the union(youre union your proven hang tough) they use to have a discount card but disney has done away with that program.

My hubbie and whole family work for Verizon too!!
We get a discount at Hotel Royal Plaza in DtD. We use to be able to get the Magic Kingdom Card for free when it was available!!
Anyway, we have also been able to get a discount at the Hilton just by saying you are a Verizon employee and sometimes you need to show your ID at check-in. We've only done this at the Hilton in Hershey, PA.

I tried searching for the info for hotel discounts but can't find it. I believe it is offered through the Union, or Federal Credit Union. Tell your DH to ask his Chief at the union.

Thank God my family doesn't read this. I should know this info considering my dad was a chief at the union for a long time and is now a Business Agent and my uncle is now the chief. They would be ashamed!!LOL

Thanks for the information on hotels. I will tell my husband to check all of this out on Monday at work. Don't feel bad my husband doesn't know and he works for Verizon and is part of the union. I usually know whats going on before he does.
