Discounts for Moderates

I was wondering if anyone knows if Disney usually includes POFQ and POR in their discounts? I see "select resorts" and in one offer only the Cabins, Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs were included for the Moderates. I have my heart set on Port Orleans but I will go where the discounts take me. Only 392 days to go

Just checked with the pin I received yesterday and POR is not available so booked CSR and saved $200.

Discounts are released to fill rooms, so if a resort is at or near capacity for a certain time frame, that resort will not be included in the promo. Some resorts have more discounted rooms than others and the moderates book quickly depending on the discount offered. With that said, POFQ and POR are often included in discounts, but depending on the time of year and the discount offered, the rooms may be very limited as with any resort. When resorts are listed on a promo, those are usually just examples of the resorts offered, with other ones available. You would have to call or check online (if online booking is available) to see just what is available for your dates. HTH .
