Didn't I read somewhere that there was a 25% discount on Cirque tickets, or was I dreaming?

You can find it on this site under Annual Passholders discounts:

Cirque Du Soleil La Nouba:

25% off of the price of Category Two admission. Annual Passholders can also purchase a second ticket for one guest.

This offer is good for most performances from June 1 st through September 30 th. Blackout dates are June 20 th through July 5 th and August 22 nd through August 25 th.

Tickets may be purchased 14 days prior to the performance by calling (407) 939-7604. (Please note that when calling this number, if you are under 18 years of age you will need your parent/guardian’s permission.)

Tickets will be available for pick-up at Cirque on the day of the performance. You will need to show your Annual Pass as proof of eligibility. Please arrive one hour prior to the performance. Advance reservations are required for this offer.

There's another discount if you're staying in a WDW resort. You can get a children's ticket at half price w/ purchase of an adult ticket, Category 2 only - thru 8/21/04. You will need to pick the tickets up in person at the box office (can't be mailed) to show proof of staying on-site.

disney visa is also offering a cirque deal... not sure of the details, but i'm sure it's on their website somewhere...

Thank You for posting that info! I had read there was a 50% discount for child with adult ticket purchase, but didn't know the details!

For those of you interested, I just figured out the total savings I can get (if they let me combine offers) and between the 50% off and the AP 25% off two tickets, we will be getting the child's admission + knocked off our total! This is perfect since our oldest child is considered an adult!

gigi1313, I am having trouble finding the details of the Disney Visa discount on Cirque tix...didn't find it on their website and no one at the 1-800 # knew anything about it. Do you have any more details? Thanks!

For the 50% off the child's ticket you have to purchase a full price adult ticket (as the offer reads) so I really doubt they will allow combination of offers. If you do have an uneven number of adults and children though that would work.

Also can you go to the box office the night of and get these tickets (based on availability of course)?

i found the details in a mailer they sent me... it's the same discount as the other poster referred to... buy one adult ticket, get 50% off a child ticket...

Thanks gigi1313! The offer is good through August. Unfortunately, our trip is this winter. Thanks for your help, though!

Oh, I'm not thinking they will let me use the AP discount AND the 50% off on the same ticket. I am hoping to use the AP discount for my and DH's tickets, then use the buy one adult ticket at full price for ds (who is 12) and get the 50% off child ticket for ds (9). If they let me use both of these discounts, I would be buying 2 adult tickets at 25% off, 1 full priced adult ticket and 1 child's ticket for 50% off. The savings for this (if I can do it) is more than the cost of a full-priced child's ticket. (clear as mud I know! :) )
