Discounts announced in October?!?

I remember last time we went in March the discounts were released in October and I haven't heard any rumblings on here about any discounts coming out next week??

Anyone heard anything??

They will most likely be posted by someone here on the DIS but you can check for yourself here: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/

However, for a July 2015 trip you may not see any discounts offered until March 2015 (at least that's how it was last year).

Disney Visa sends out an email. I never get the emails. It will show up here on the board quickly, once somebody sees it. The other place to check is mousesavers.com. The latest offerings are posted on the home page.

I just booked our December Disney trip a few weeks ago...and unfortunately did not book in time to get the Free Dining since we didn't know yet that we could go. Anyone have any thoughts from years past what deal they will release (if any) this week?

I got the discount on the room (like $40 off a night), but I gotta tell ya...this trip is going to cost like $2K extra from the last one we took in 2009...of course we got free dining then and rates have gone up.

I really want to stay at AOA but can't do it unless they release something like free dining that I can switch to....Fingers Crossed!!!

december discounts are out right now and expire on friday. i don't think the next round of discounts will include december, but i could be wrong.

I called a few minutes ago. The CM told me to call next week at this time. Nobody really knows. I will check a few sites regularly. It will be posted out there as soon as somebody gets it.

Looks to me that Disney just extended the existing room-only discount book by date till October 31st. Any one else see this?

Does this mean we will be waiting till the end of October/Early November for 2015 offers?

Looks like they also extended the UK free dining promo as well to October 21st, but not 100% sure as I have been follwing the UK offers too closely.

Ah, that looks like it's an offer for Canadian Residents only. From what I've seen the offers for each country are separate from each other. So when people are saying the current offer ends on October 3rd, I believe they're talking about the United States offer which does end on that date.

Yes, I did notice that last night as well. It must have been extended until October 31 for Canadian residents, because prior to last night, it had always said October 3.

Hopefully us Canadian don't have to wait longer to get access to any January discounts!

I concur. that link is for Canada and UK has different offers too.. they have a FD offer out right now. As for us in the US, ours ends 10/3... so we wait.
