Discounted Tour Tickets

Just found out that they only sale a limited number of tour tickets with a DVC or AP discount. This change I was told was made in February. This change was made by the tour department. Was trying to make the steam train tour for January and was told that only full price trickets were being sold for this time all discounted tickets were sold out.

Oh my - I really hope that Disney isn't modeling themselves after the airlines. We know how well that works!

I booked a couple of tours for our Nov trip and nothing was ever mentioned.
