Discounted Blue Man Group tickets?

My daughter and I have decided to take a short trip in December and are interested in Blue Man Group. I know that AAA offers a discount, and it looks like I can order them through the Universal site and save some.

Are there any other discount sites that might have better prices?

Also, regarding seating, I know that some tiers are more expensive, but do you choose your seat when you go in or are they assigned?

Undercover tourist has them, and keep in mind when pricing them, that they include tax in that price that you see and ship free.

If you join Travel Zoo (free to join) they have Blue Man group tickets for $49 each right now. Not sure what the dates are for those prices. I used Travel Zoo to buy our tickets back in April and got the same deal.

The tickets for the first 4 rows are more expensive but in my opinions they should be the cheapest because you have to wear a poncho to sit there because they splatter food and paint and crap all out into the audience and the ponchos don't really keep you from getting messy. I would definitely avoid the first 4 rows.

When we bought our tickets I was able to pick our seats and I picked the 11th row back and dead center in that row. It put us center in both directions. The seats were perfect.

The show was awesome. very funny and very entertaining. I loved it even more than Cirque Du Soleil.

I checked Travel Zoo, and the listing that I found said the deal expired around the first of November (before we decided to go). If you've seen it currently, please let me know because I might have missed something. I would LOVE to buy tickets at that price!

Also, thanks for the information about the first 4 rows. I have NO interest in sitting in the "messy rows"! I don't even sit in the splash zone at Sea World. LOL!
