WOW just did the math. Each newsletter contains 4 coupons, each valid for up to 6 passes. So by sharing these coupons with families, we could easily get back $400 in gift cards - up to a max of $600.

The "Mickey Monitor" is the magazine that goes to Annual Pass holders. It's only a few pages.

We haven't received the latest copy yet either.

It's somewhat like a smaller version of "Disney FILES", the magazine that goes to DVC members, except of course it has articles dealing with Annual Pass holders.

I just saw this thread and haven't read it all. My question is if we didn't know of this offer and have APs already, my son purchased and AP on Saturday unknowingly, and no one told him at his purchase, and paid full price. We were in WDW with him and our existing APs. I have emailed WDW in regard to getting him the discount but I really don't have any hope in getting it. Any thoughts? Thanks and have a nice day!

Somewhere buried in this thread is a note that all you have to do is take your son's Annual Pass (purchased on or after May 1, 2009), the receipt, and your Pass the Savings Along card back to Guest Relations. Provided you have everything, you'll get a refund for the 10% discount.

You should be getting your Mickey Monitor in the mail, so once you have that, go back for another day at the parks.

Thanks! We have all the required items. The problem is we live in NJ and are back home. I have emailed WDW in hopes of them doing something through the mail since we were unaware of the discount at the time of purchase and WDW started a discount prior to mailing the required information/cards. Hopefully WDW will come through with this one since the CM didn't mention it when purchasing the AP either even though she knew I had mine already (for awhile as well) Wish us luck!! Thanks! (I also called WDW on the ticket info number the the CM didn't even know of the offer!! I told him it was on the WDW website and then he found it)

Although I have an annual pass, I never got the Mickey Monitor .
Is there any way someone could pass one on? Can they be e-mailed? If not, I guess I'll just have to buy my daughter's AP without the discount. We're leaving on Saturday.

I seems to me that if Disney really wanted/expected the people going in May to be able to take advantage of this offer they would have sent a separate mailing out to AP holders the month prior to May!

Yes, and I have stated this in my email to WDW. We were in WDW on Sat May 2 and my son purchased a new AP. My husband and I are current AP holders and we were unaware of the offer. Not only have we not received the Monitor yet, but the CM taking care of my son didn't mention the offer either and knew I had an AP!! We are a little upset at this since WDW shouldn't start an offer before the materials to do so are mailed. We live in NJ so it will be a problem to bring all the items to Guest Relations prior to July 31!
