went to guest services on mother's day to have the 'form filled out'. They took my ticket and my id, confirmed my address and filled out the electronic form. Still have not seen my MM.

They said 3-4 weeks.

Hi - did you get 4 per annual pass by chance? We only got one mickey monitor with them even though we have 3 active passes. Just wondering.

Yes, but we have 5 passes & only 2 of us got the four pass along cards. So, in all, we got 8 cards to share. We would've gotten 20 cards IF each of us had gotten them.
