discounted admission for Louisiana residents?

We have ap's but my nephew who lives in jefferson parish would like to come along..He lost his house and job so we'd be picking up the tab. I've heard some Texas businesses were offering free or discounted admissions..any chance Disney would do the same??

They are offering a discounted room rate but haven't seen anything about tickets.
