Discount web sites and upgrades?

Suppose I book a room through priceline or some other cheepie site. Can I add dining or tix by calling Disney? I'd think not, but I'd like to hear what you have to say? Anyone know? TIA!

Disney has rarely used Priceline. So if you went through a "cheapie" website, you'd not get a Disney hotel - and you'd not be able to get dining or tickets with it.

If you went through Expedia, you might be able to get a full package, I have no idea - but I'd not call it cheap.
