Discount through Cheaptickets

For those who are familiar with booking thru 3rd parties such as CT, when does Disney technically "own" this reservation, or is it never?

I believe it's never...I have had to add my children onto the reservation and had to contact CT directly. The called Disney wholesale and it was all done in a matter of minutes. I'm now set up on MDE, overall super easy and sooooo worth the savings.

Yes, I already set up my kids, ME, and MDE, no problems. What I was wondering is if, for example, we've booked a TPV CL at poly and I spoke with someone who indicated a credit may be given depending on how the views look -- I didn't actually pay Disney the money, I paid CT -- so who would credit me, if applicable?

Ok, I see, I would guess that once you check in, it belongs to Disney. Once you hand them a cc at check in that would probably be the card that gets credited. If not, I assume the cc that you used to book CT would be credited. I really have no idea, I'm just taking a stab at it. :confused3

I would assume the refund would be issued to CT and you would have to go through them to get it. To avoid this I would ask for a room credit or gift card that way you don't have to track your refund down.
