Discount PIN Codes.

I know the special discount PIN codes come from Disney either in an email or through the mail. I'm just wondering, are they sent only once a year? Are they resort specific or valid at any WDW resort? I'm sure I'd never get one...but I'm just curious.

Hey..

Uusually they are good at a selection of resorts.. in the different ranges, values, mods and deluxes. Not every resort will likely have availability on the discount for all dates.
