Discount on rooms for escape brides?

Im very confused on the room discount. What exactly is the room discount and what do you have to do/book to get it. I am am escape bride for November. me and my Fiance will be staying for like 12 days plus my parents and sister will stay. Thanks in advance for the help!

The room discount is only available if you set up a room block—a number of room nights that you guarantee will be filled by you and your guests. The discount varies by resort and by season, but on average you can expect to save 20%-30% at Deluxe resorts that have convention centers, 15% at the other Deluxes, less than 15% at Moderates and less than 10% at Values.

You need a minimum of 10 nights in order to set up a room block, but with your 12, you've got that covered right there. Room blocks are only available for Escape and Wishes events, not Memories events. To set one up, talk to your wedding sales consultant (the one you dealt with for the contract and payment info).

Thank you so much, that helped a ton! Do you know if they still give the room discount with thw free dining plan? Because free dininf is offered during my stay.

They do not. The rates offered with the room block are room-only, so you'd have to book outside the block to get free dining.

I was just going to say....I know the rooms can't be discounted or on any offers in anyway...for our wedding trip, WDW had the buy 4 get 3 free and I was unable to use our nights at all and we stayed 14 nights...

If you book the regular room rate, then what Carrie said holds true and you can use it as your room block and then get the discount off.
