Discount on rooms at OKW?

We are going to need to book a one bedroom at OKW at New Year's and pay with cash.....We don't have enough points for as many rooms as we need....can anyone tell me about how much that will cost? Thanks

It is unlikely that there will be any member discount (this would be 25% off rack), or any discount, available during Christmas Week.

The rack rate for 12/20-12/31 on a one-bedroom is $495 plus 11% tax -- $549.45.

I had a cash discount on a studio once and it cost $240/night. I doubt if there will be any rooms available for member cash discount for NYE. How about just booking them through CRO?
