discount on advanced ticket purchase

Can I purchase Park Hopper tickets at check-in at my resort and get the "advanced purchase" discounted price?

No I don't think so. The Advance ticket price is paid for in advance. In most cases at least 24 - 48 hours in advance. You can purchase them at Disney online and several other websites right before you leave and have them sent to your resort or you can pick them up at will call.
