Discount Gift Cards

Is there anyplace that sells Discount Universal Giftcards? I've checked the usual places and came up empty.

I have never seen them discounted anywhere.

No discounts but my grocery store sells them and gives gas station discounts for purchases plus I get credit card rewards for grocery store purchases.

I either buy the gift cards online or buy them at Kroger grocery store

We too get ours at Kroger when they have the 4x fuel points. Get $1000 of UO and WDW gift cards, get discount of $4/gal (you can split that up). That's a $140 savings!!! (you can only get up to 35 gallons per pump). We also got Uber gc's to use at WDW.

Giant Eagle (SW PA & Ohio area mostly) I have ordered the gift cards online when they had promotions and I was out of town, but the fuel rewards won't do anyone who lives out of the area any good as they are only for GetGo gas stations.
