They don't usually have any codes (at least I never have found one).

I don't think Tiffany's has codes...it doesn't need them. Bite the bullet and pay the $12. If you're willing to spend the $$$ on the item, it will be worth it!

If I was spending money at Tiffanys (and I never would, no matter how much money I had), I'd definitely go ahead and spend the $12.00 on shipping.
