Do they have discount codes for the cruises like those that are available for on-site rooms?

They do -- or more accurately, DID -- run seasonal promotions. Springtime Magic is available now for select April and May cruises. Disney has replaced their traditional Fall Fantasy promotion with lower early booking savings on most cruises across the board in the fall. There are no other promotions other than Springtime Magic at the moment.
