That sounds like a pretty fair price. Hotelkingdom.com might be able to beat it. You also might find an owner renting their week on ebay, tug, or redweek.

I was able to get a great price for a 3br on ebay. You would likely have to wait until much closer to your travel dates though.

May I just say a big thank you to Brian Noble and others who pointed out Hotelkingdom.com on these forums.
I have been looking around for some accommodation for a week in April near WDW, and have booked Cypress Pointe Resort (phase 1 not CPGV but they were same price) for $99/night.

I'm not sure when you are going at the end of the month, but Renting Resorts has another 3BR at Cypress Pointe on ebay for the week of Jan 20-27the for the same price that we got it for - $499.

I checked HK, they have it for 141nt for 3bdrm. The only thing with HK is you have to pay it all up front so you really need to be set on dates etc..
