Discount codes after Christmas

We are thinking of sneaking down to WDW bewtween Christmas and New Years. I see that discount codes have been published through 12/25. Does anyone have any idea when they will release codes beyond the 25th?

That week is peak season, they have the highest rates of the year during that week.

I believe that if they do discount that week, that it is very rare.

Last year we booked for that week hoping that rates would come out and we never got them. We wound up paying rack rates. However we decided to extend our stay by 2 days and when I called to extend it they gave me a better rate for 1/2 and 1/3 So you might want to try to get cheaper rates for after the new year if your stay extends that long by splitting your stay.

I'm holding rack rates now for Christmas week and split my reservation since rates go down on January 1st. My room rate at POR is $199 through 12/31 and $149 after. I doubt I'll see any discounts but I keep hoping ........
