I am planning an almost last minute trip to WDW. I found out about the Mousesavers newsletter discount, but I think I missed this months cutoff since I haven't received a newsletter yet. Does anyone know of another reputable ticket discount?

Also - for those in who have been to DisneyWorld recently, would you recommend taking a stroller or renting one there? I can't find prices anywhere online.

Thanks for any help - feel free to post reply or email at wisdomhunter at triad dot rr dot com.

I would also look at the rental places that deliver to your resort, or wherever you are staying. We rented from Orlando Strollers for our last trip, and it was great. I have also seen Magic Strollers & Kingdom Strollers. The rates are better than what you pay for a rental in the parks, and you get to use it outside of the parks.

Good luck!

We personally take our own stroller so that we can have it to use all the way back to the hotel at night. We just bought the First Years Jet which is an umbrella style folding stroller with extras. It's so easy to push even my 7 yr old DD at 45 lbs. (Though we bought it for her little brother.)

I'm renting a double stroller (we do not have one) and don't really want vehicle space to be taken up by taking two strollers and run the risk of not having enough room on the way home.

Here is some stroller info...

Disney is $15 for a single $31 for a double per day. You can not take them out of the park. They do not recline and therefore are not appropriate for babies.

Magic Strollers offers a much nicer stroller, reclines and has understorage. The prices are cheaper and it can be delivered to where you are staying. It also has cupholders. A single is $15 the first day and $8 after that and a double is $25 the first day and $9 each day after that.

There is also Orlando Stroller Rentals, which is an advertiser on here. They have the same strollers as Magic, they are a bit more expensive and I'm told don't have cupholders.

Definitely bring your own stroller IMO.
I brought mine the last trip but the limo driver forgot it on my sisters front lawn- for real! I cursed his name silently every day.
The rentals at the park are $15 per day, which adds up quick, they're hard and uncomfortable, storage is not ample at all, they all look alike, and you have to leave them at the gate. Thus carrying bags and children back to the busses, monorails, boats etc. And when our flight got in at 10pm and my 4 yr old was dead asleep, it was difficult to carry her, plus luggage, plus keep track of the other kids through Logan Airport. Save yourself a headache (and a backache!) and bring your with you. Just my .02! ;)
