Is it possible to call and add a discount code to your reservation after you have booked a room?

If the rooms are available, then yes you can call to have a code applied. There are a certain number of rooms available at each resort as far as codes are concerned, so as long as all the rooms haven't been booked, you should be fine. Also there are certain times of year I think that codes are not available. I believe I'm correct on this one, someone help if I'm not. Peak season is the time there are no codes. Am I correct on that one DISers?

Codes are available in Peak Seasons but VERY rarely. There was some this spring.

Used code BBY. To use the code, you have to make your reservations over the phone by April 17th.
