LMAO I was going to say I can always tell my washed fabric pretty sad huh? Besides doesn't your fabric get all stringy on the end when you wash it? Am I doing something wrong that is causing that?
It gets stringy. I've heard that some people serge the edges, but I usually just cut it off after I wash it.
Well I did it! That's right I have accomplished a sewing goal today!! I'm trying to post the pictures of the dresses and the shirts, but I can't do it. I tried to load them on the photobucket, but apparently I'm to numb in the head after a day of sewing to figure it out. Does anyone have another way to load pictures onto this site?
Did you set up your own Photobucket account? With your own password and everything? If so, then you just log in and click on "upload" or "bulk upload" Then you just find where your pictures are on your computer and upload them.
You can't upload to the Disboutique Photobucket account though.
Fun fabric day!!!!!! Here's what I got today...

OOH, some really pretty fabrics there Deann! I love the black swirly one!
It was on clearance and well I have issues.
I have only used it a handful of times. I do not have kiddie's yet, but I do have a couple of friends that are brand new mommy's. I just bought a pattern to make shopping cart covers - though no fabric or anything else yet. So I guess I will be making a trip to JoAnn's or a Super
We're happy to have you here! When you get something sewn, make sure you post pictures!!
Love the siggy with the "Disney hating DH" & little doggie smilies! And Teresa's right, I could only see it on one of your posts.

I tried to convert him but alas he thinks Disney is one expensive rip-off.

I commented on everyone's stuff as of yesterday..... wonderful stuff yesterday anyway this the 2nd time this has happened the 1st was on the Twilight Thread Moovin on now .
and how awesome a dream fast pass .....
typical, there is always an easier way lol) Anyway I use non roll elastic to fit around waist and then I attach a ribbon to each end. I cut all the tulle into strips then gather over the elastic and sew using a 3stage zigzag in whatever colour pattern I like. I like doing it this way as I don't lose any of the tulle if the knot comes undone.
do you lock yourself away in the mom cave?

I really don't pay attention to my toe nails until the heat kicks up around here (sandal, shoeless weather). I tend to jam my pigger toes in thick ol socks until then & pretend they don't exist.
