I screwed up...I thought a fat quarter was a 6X6...dumb me...so I sent you a pm...I want ABC and princess for C....or if that's not available, assign me something else.

OK. Group A is full. (Girls Disney) Do we want to add to the exsisting group ar add another group of 5. If we add to the exsisting group you will have to send out more than the original 4 6X6 bundles. Those in the group, what would you like to do? I would also suggest that you give an idea of what fabric you'll be sending so there won't be any duplicates.

I am interested!!! I haven't read through this thread yet to see what has been decided, but from other swaps that I have done I have always sent my items to the hostess with a prepaid envelope to return items in.(It should weigh the same amount as what you are shipping because you are getting the same amount back!)
There is definitely a deadline and if you don't send your items then you don't get to swap.

I understand that some of you are leary of sending your things to one person and getting scammed...my take on it is if we are sending it to a hostess that is already very known on the Boutique thread then they wouldn't risk the possibility of not being able to go back to that thread by running off with our stuff!!! I would not risk sending it to some obscure person that has been "lurking" and magically appears to collect my items! But I feel comfortable sending it to someone that has been frequenting the Boutique board.

I actually think I would rather send it to a hostess than send it to everyone indivually and risk them not sending it back after I sent my stuff to them.

Either way I am in on the exchange!

With this many groups it is going to be much easier (on me, hehe) to send out the fabric to the people in your group individually. We are limiting the swap to people who have posted on the Boutique thread at least 25 times. Or with a recommendation from someone else who is participating in the swap. I recgonize everyone who has expressed intrest (so far). I don't think we will have a problem with someone not sending out their swap.

Geez, I'm beginning to have flash backs to being the last kid picked for a team in gym class here!

I saw that you have me in Group B, can I also have Group C? It looks full, but will there be an extra group started from interest? If there's room & no one's takin' him, I'll pick the scraps for the Big Cheese himself (Mickey)!!!

What are the categories or characters for Group B/Disney Boys? I have both Star Wars & Cars/McQueen (Pixar) scraps. I know neither of these are straight line/technically speaking Disney characters? What do ya think?

Understandable, I was just jumping in from back a few pages on the boutique thread, so I didn't see the guidlines and what not from here that were established. I am cool with that, with as many different groups that would be all crazy for you!!!

That said I want the 6x6 groups A, B and C (I have minnie, mickey and I will even share some of my Chip and Dale) I don't care what section, surprise me!

Her's an updated list. If you expressed intrest in any of the Character (or holiday) groups, please choose which character fabric you will be sending out. You will receive all the characters in that group.

I have purple princess fabric and I have some Buzz Light year fabric. I don't have enough to do fat quarters though.

I think , shoot now I don't remember the groups anyway I have a question for Disney girl, should we make groups for this as well, I mean we might all be sending out Minnie! 2cutekidz you have done a great job I have not had time to read everything yet (more sentence diagramming in English today I am thinking it is not something they really need to know in life ), but I do want to join. I will have to look back at the groups, but I would like to do a boys Disney in the 6x6 as well as a girls Disney 6x6 and a fat quarter group. I will email you my choices as soon as I have a chance. I am still sewing Halloween costumes ...nothing like waiting until the last minute!

This is exciting. I can’t wait to get started. I have never quilted before, but I think I can do it. If all else fails maybe I can make a patch work twirl skirt

I don't mind adding more. Or if you need someone to do a second group and don't have enough....add me. I have so much fabric it's nutso!
