It says I need to change the format, which I have no idea how I'll do that.

You have to click PUBLISH instead of Save As.

Right when you upload it, ill download it, then you can delete it. It will only be on there for a few minutes.

And the final video will not be up on youtube, im putting THAT video on photobucket.
